NEW HOME PROPOSAL ACCEPTANCE 

2.1 METROPOLY WILL ALLOW YOU 21 DAYS TO ACCEPT YOUR NEW HOME PROPOSAL AND PAY THE ACCEPTANCE FEE. ON RECEIPT OF THE ACCEPTANCE FEE YOUR BUILDING AGREEMENT WILL BE PREPARED

2.2  A PRE COLOUR APPOINTMENT WILL TAKE PLACE 



BUILDING AGREEMENT ACCEPTANCE & PRE COLOUR APPOINTMENT

THIS IS WHERE CLIENTS ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH METROPOLY. THIS ALLOWS PLENTY OF TIME TO FINALISE ARRANGEMENTS WITH YOUR LENDER TO ENSURE ALL NECESSARY DOCUMENTATION IS AVAILABLE BEFORE BUILDING COMMENCES. 


LAND REGISTERATION & CDC/COUNCIL PROCESS

4.1 CLIENTS TO ADVISE METROPOLY OF WHEN THEY RECEIVE LAND REGISTRATION NOTICE

4.2 AUTHORITY PROCESS TO TAKE PLACE 




NEW HOME ESTIMATE

1.1 A NEW HOME ESTIMATE IS PREPARED, IF ACCEPTED A FEE IS REQUIRED TO PREPARE NEW HOME PROPOSAL

1.2 SITE INSPECTION, CONTOUR SURVEY AND SITE CLASSIFICATIONS ARE CARRIED OUT
1.3 NEW HOME PROPOSAL ISSUED AND PRESENTED
1.4 CLIENT MUST SEEK BANK PRE-APPROVAL 


LAND SETTLEMENT, CDC/COUNCIL SUBMISSION & APPROVAL

5.1 LAND REGISTRATION CONFIRMED
5.2 SETTLEMENT OF THE LAND BETWEEN YOU AND THE VENDOR MUST BE COMPLETED 



AUTHORITY TO COMMENCE CONSTRUCTION

6.1 ADMINISTRATION IS COMPLETE AND METROPOLY CAN START PLACING ORDERS
6.2 YOUR CONSTRUCTION FILEIS RELEASED TO THE BUILDING TEAM TO COMMENCE CONSTRUCTION ON SITE 



HANDOVER

ONCE PRACTICAL COMPLETION HAS OCCURRED AND SETTLEMENT HAS TAKEN PLACE CLIENTS WILL RECEIVE THEIR KEYS
